01 / DESIGN INTENT & BRIEF

Design a serene multi-generational residence in the prestigious Baridhara diplomatic zone celebrating natural cross-breezes and shifting daylight.

Intertwining tropical courtyard ventilation with Nordic minimalist proportioning around a central meditative basalt water garden.

Structural Challenge

Achieving total visual privacy from adjacent embassy quarters without closing off natural skylights and garden connections.

Executed Solution

Cantilevered stone brise-soleil and floor-to-ceiling fluted glass portals orient all living quarters inward toward a reflective water rill.
